We only ship in the United States
We offer free standard shipping on canvases and threads within the United States. Expedited shipping, with tracking, is available at an additional cost. Purchases will be shipped on business days as defined as Tuesdays through Fridays.
Product Availability
Most items listed on our website (in-stock) are available to ship within 1 to 3 days. Selected items may need to be ordered through vendors, at no additional cost to you.
Your credit card is charged at the time of order.
Design colors can vary according to device, depending upon screen resolution and color settings. Stitching Chicks Needlepoint, LLC uses ONLY images supplied to us by our vendors, available in the highest quality resolution.
Damaged Product Claims
Each package is checked for content, quality control and packed to ensure that it arrives safely. If you receive a damaged package, ask the carrier to note the condition at delivery. You must then email us at info@stitchingchicksneedlepoint.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You will receive an email with the address of where to ship the returned item.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THIS INCLUDES ANY TYPE OF RETURNED ITEM.
Missing Product Claims
Each package and contents are checked before shipping for content. If an ordered product has not been received, you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation.
