Product Damages

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged from shipping or if the incorrect item is received. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make things right for you. Please contact us directly so that we can rectify the order.

 

Special Classes and Workshop Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another class. Refunds for registration fees may be allowed if a class is rescheduled by Stitching Chicks Needlepoint or the instructor.
