Lita @nashvilleneedlepointer is an avid stitcher and finisher.  She loves creating handmade needlepoint gifts and sharing her finishing tips.  She specializes in ornaments and stand ups using a glue free lacing method.

Choice for the classes are:  4-inch Round Ornament Finish, 4-inch Square Ornament Finish, Irregular-Shape Ornament Finish (5" x 5" or smaller) and Weighted Gusseted Stand-Up (6" x 6" or smaller.)  

You will receive:
  • A project bag which includes matboard, batting and craft clips
  • Links to written guides and supply lists
  • Detailed information on the specific class and what you are responsible to bring with you.
  • Sign up for 2 classes on the same day and we will host lunch for you!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING PREREQUISITES:

  • IRREGULAR SHAPE ORNAMENT CLASS - YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN A ROUND OR SQUARE ORNAMENT CLASS PREVIOUSLY FROM LITA (EITHER IN PERSON OR ONLINE.) 
  • WEIGHTED GUSSETED STAND-UP CLASS - YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUSLY TAKEN FROM  LITA (IN PERSON OR ONLINE) EITHER THE ROUND, SQUARE OR IRREGULAR SHAPE ORNAMENT FINISHING CLASS (WHICHEVER SHAPE PERTAINS TO THE SHAPE OF YOUR STAND-UPI)
  • FOR THESE TWO  SPECIALTY CLASSES -  YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE MAKING AND SEWING ON CORDING AND LACING CANVAS AROUND BOARDS

Round Ornament Class - Saturday, March 7, 2026 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Irregular Shaped Ornament Class- Saturday, March 7, 2026 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Square/Rectangle Ornament Class - Sunday, March 8, 2026 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Weighted Gusseted Stand-Up Class - Sunday,  March 8, 2026 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm
